On this page, we present the works that we install in Hungary. The videos and descriptions are experiences to get a more comprehensive picture of our team and the skills of our professionals. 

Micro component mixer machine (Csévharaszt)

With a microcomponent mixer, we can mix several components according to weight in a scale or above a scale. Then we empty the precisely mixed product into a bag or another container. We built a semi-automatic microcomponent mixing system for mixing a maximum of 8 different components. The mixing system consists of 8 pcs 1m3 containers, which are filled from big-bags using a tubular chain conveyor. The big bag containing the product is placed in the hopper of the tubular chain conveyor. We open the big-bag and the tubular chain conveyor takes the product over the 1m3 container. There is a unloading device above each tank, the container is filled by opening the pneumatic control. A flexible screw takes the product from the bottom of the container to the tank standing on the scale. A total of 8 conveyor screws lead into the tank. An operator manages the mixing of the right amount of components. E.g. 10kg from the 1st container, 5kg from the 2nd container, etc... When the target mixing ratio has been reached, the operator places the bag on the bottom of the tank, opens the slide, which is used to fill the bag.

Cornmill 50kg bag palettizer (Nagyigmánd)

Palletizing 50 kg bags onto EUR pallets. We decided on the SMART palletizing machine because it is simple to use, easy to learn and easy to manage maintenance needs.

Wood pellet palletizer (Serbia)

Forming a stable bag with a SMART palletizing machine. We squeeze the air out of the bags with a cylindrical bag flattener. After moving the bag, on the pallet, the pneumatic press mounted on the robot gripper squeezes out the remaining air. With this, you can make a really stable pallet.

Tubular Chain conveyor (Kalocsa)

We built a chain conveyor in a dusty environment. The area was very narrow, so we decided on the chain conveyor. The conveyor takes the product from the bottom of the silo into the hopper of the automatic bag filling machine.

Tubular chain conveyor (Nagyigmánd)

We deliver products from 2 different silos to the warehouse, which is 60 meters from the silos. We built a tubular chain conveyor, with which we deliver the product from the 2 silos to the warehouse, where we installed 4 delivery hoppers. On the control monitor, it is possible to set the product from which silo to which transmitter.

Tubular chain conveyor (Csévharaszt)

The existing vertical filling machine had to be raised by 1 meter, so we could not put it under the vibrating sieve. In order to bridge the height, we installed a tubular chain conveyor to take the product from the vibro sieve to the hopper of the filling machine. The latest translators prevent us from breaking the product during transport.

Automatic bagging machine, PP and paper bag (Kalocsa)

When filling ready-made bags, the bag filling machine automatically takes the bag from the bag storage and then places it on the filling pipe. The dust-free packaging is ensured by the perfect closure of the filling tube, the bag being properly closed during transmission, as long as it is not sealed. In addition, it is very important to have sufficient capacity.

Palletizer machine from 3kg- upto 50kg. (Kalocsa)

We installed a fully automatic packaging system in Kalocsa. From the silo to palletizing. Palletizer is done by a SMART palletizing machine, which we combined with a semi-automatic foiling machine. This way, we have the option to wrap even during palletizing, up to 3 rows.

Vertical packaging machine and twin palletizer (Bócsa)

The equipment can pack in 2 positions. While the machine is palletizing in one position, the pallet can be changed in the other position. This palletizing solution makes stacking operations continuous.

Vertical bagging machine, snack products (Tiszafüred)

 We installed a servo-controlled bag filling machine for packing snack products. The machine has a capacity of 40 pcs/min for 30-40g snack products. The machine is very stable in operation, thanks to servo motor movements and Festo pneumatic elements.


Installation of a vacuum lifter(Szeged)

We delivered a vacuum lifting equipment to our Hungarian partner. Lifting and palletizing the 50 kg bag is very easy with this equipment. No force is required to lift and move the bags. By pressing a lever, we increase the vacuum value and raise the bag. By pressing the lever, the vacuum value is reduced and the tube descends.

Mixer machine with weighing app (Tiszafüred)

We manufactured a mixer for our Hungarian partner. The mixer is suitable for mixing 100 kg and the mixing time is 3-4 minutes.

Vertical bagging machine from 1,5kg to 20kg (Csévharaszt)

We installed a vertical bag filling machine for our Hungarian partner. Cycle time is 6-8 seconds/bag, depending on how quickly the dispenser is served. The machine closes the bags with impulse welding, which reaches the desired welding temperature in seconds.

Palletizer for petfood products (Csévharaszt)

Our Hungarian partner produces tall pallets (2200mm). For this task, we designed a higher palletizing machine construction, which can palletize 72pcs 10 kg bags. The palletizing machine has a capacity of 600 bags/hour. However, the production capacity cycle was sacrificed for the sake of pallet stability. The palletizing machine communicates with the semi-automatic wrapping machine supplied with PLC. It is possible to set in advance how many rows and how many laps the wrapping machine will turn after. According to how much stability the pallet needs to be ensured.

Palletizer for 5kg rice (Csongrád)

Palletize a 5 kg product on a Eur pallet with a Smart palletizing machine. Very simple handling and programming plc.

Automatic stitching machine (Csévharaszt)

Sewing a decorative strip of crepe paper on the open mouth of the bag. Automatic crepe paper feeder and automatic sewing machine ensure convenient use.

Semi-automatic bagging machine with automatic bag stitching (Szeged)

Filling ground paprika into a paper bag (with polyethylene inside). A double-screw dispenser ensures accurate filling. The bag is sewn with an automatic bag sewing machine.

Palletizer for 1kg flour (Nyíregyháza)

Palletizing shrink-wrapped 10/1kg products with a robot. The palletizing of the products will be accurate if the robot moves 5-8 cm at an angle of 45 degrees during the line packing - before putting it down. In this case, we avoid that the still warm shrink film sticks to each other and thus the products lie on top of each other. Programming the robot is extremely simple, creating a palette image takes a maximum of half an hour.

Palletizer for seeds (Vasvár)

Palletizing a 40 kg bag with the MF SMART palletizing machine. Empty pallets are fed automatically, but with manual feeding. The finished pallets leave the palletizing area on a roller track. With this solution, the seed is palletized during an automatic process.

Palletizer for 25kg paper bag (Szeged)

At our Hungarian partner, we installed a palletizing machine for stacking 25 kg paper bags. The palletizing is done on a semi-automatic laminating machine, which was provided to us by the customer.

Palletizer robot for 40kg flour in paper bag (Veszprém)

In Veszprém, the 40 kg bag is palletized with a renovated 6-axis robot. The robot walks around the pallet, which can be used to increase the stability of the pallet. The disadvantage of going around compared to drop-down solutions is that less productivity can be achieved with it. With the drop-down solution, the capacity of 6 seconds/bag is available. In the best case, the capacity is 11 seconds/bag when going around.

Palletizer robot for 1 liter milk in box (Vác)

In Vác, the palletizing and stacking of the boxes had to be solved in a 6x4 meter area. And a fully automatic laminating machine had to be installed. The industrial robot packs the intermediate sheet and the empty pallet. It secures the intermediate plate with a specially designed vacuum gripper. The robot grasps the empty pallet with an applicator that moves up and down.
