According to our experience, this is important if we want to save the price of an automatic laminating machine in some cases. The film stretching type, which is suitable for stretching the film up to 300%. Depending on the type, film stretching can be done by replacing a tension roller, but it can also be done automatically by adjusting the control panel. Film stretching is necessary for proper pallet stability.

The other advantage is that after the foiling is finished, the film is cut and the machine grips the end of the film. The third advantage is that the stability of the pallet can be increased with a foil rope during foiling. The equipment provides greater comfort to employees. The maximum output of the equipment is 60-70 pallets/hour, depending on how complex the wrapping of the pallet is. The main advantage of automatic stretch wrapper is that there is no need to move the pallets manually. A roller conveyor transports the pallet to the rotary table of the laminating machine, and then the packed pallet is carried on by a roller conveyor.

The programming of the machines is very easy, the film tension can be adjusted, the number of film layers per line and even a film rope can be placed on it. The equipment can be ordered with an upper pallet holder (presses the pallet from above during rotation) and a manipulator for applying cover film.
