We have extensive experience in the design and installation of industrial robot and manipulator palletizing systems. Whether it's a box, bag, shrink-wrapped or other products. The palletizing systems are suitable for forming stacks on EUR, Düsseldorf or even 1200*1200mm pallets. In addition to complete packaging lines, we also install independent palletizing systems.

Palletizing with a manipulator (SMART)

Palletizing manipulators require little space and, like industrial robots, are not suitable for forming perfectly stable stacks. The so-called 3-axis manipulator has the smallest space requirement of all the machines. It is simple, cheap, easy to program and the supply of parts is very good.


This solution is chosen when small space requirements, easy installation, maintenance, and a specialist familiar with PLC control are available to modify the programs. The user-friendly management software enables less expert operators to quickly change the work program and even modify the layout of the pallets. In the simpler version, it is possible for the employee to push the pallet into the warehouse training area and start the process. This is recommended if the production capacity is small. Twin equipment is the solution for larger capacity. This equipment is particularly low, with a maximum height of 3 meters.

Palettizing with portal robot

The MF PCA 700 model is a robotic telescopic cartesian palletiser for medium and high production, based on a structure with 4 load-bearing columns and a vertical telescopic arm.

Thanks to the different optionals, the following palletising can be obtained:

  • On the ground with a single palletising station (standard version)
  • On the ground with a double palletising station ("Twin" version): The advantage of this solution consists in the increased work autonomy; being able to evacuate the already completed pallet in a station without having to stop the machine operating cycle.
  • On service rollers: thanks to the combination of other modules (e.g. automatic pallet storage, parking rollers, etc.), this solution grants maximum operating autonomy, since it is possible to accumulate several complete pallets without interrupting the work cycle.
Use of the brushless motors for movement of the axes (X, Y, Z and R) allows the fast processing of loads up to 50 kg per cycle together with high precision and repeatability of the movement.

Palettizer machines

The best pallet stability can be achieved with palletizing machines. During the movement of pallets and especially during long transport distances, the pallet is exposed to considerable vibration and shock. In this case, it does not matter what method is used to build the pallet and what kind of pallet wrapping machine is used. The palletizing machine is typically used for  plastic bags, and paper box because they easily slip on top of each other during transport.

The selection of the palletizing machine will be primarily determined by the characteristics of the completed pallet. If stable pallet formation and fast production capacity are required, then the palletizing machine should be chosen. In case we ignore the fact that the largest production area is needed by this equipment. The speed of the equipment results from the fact that the product travels much less, compared to other technologies. Built-in pallet feeder and intermediate sheet loading device (on the empty pallet) helps fast operation. Pallets of any size can be used in it.


Palettizing with industrial robot

One of the most fashionable methods of palletizing is palletizing with an industrial robot. It is very spectacular and takes up little space in the production area. The stability of stacks made in this way can approach the accuracy of palletizing machines, but this depends very much on the material of the product's packaging. The palletizing program of industrial robots can be easily modified, but some programming expertise is required.

Robot palletising machine based on the much tested IRB 460 model anthropomorphic robot, characterised by its small dimensions and with a 110 kg capacity; defined the fastest palletisation robot in the world.

It can perform over 2190 revs. per hour. This 4 axes robot is perfect for high speed palletisation. It is characterised by its strength, versatility and production speed.
Combination with the "peripherals" manufactured directly by MF TECNO, it is the ideal tool for creating any type of layer. The simplified and user-friendly management software means that even less expert operators can quickly change the work program and even change the palletising pattern to adapt it to various needs.
